The starting point
In many rental agencies, bookings, contracts, payments and vehicle records are spread across notebooks, Excel files and WhatsApp conversations.
A double booking, a forgotten deposit or an expired insurance policy then costs time and customer trust.
What we built
- A shared booking schedule, with double-booking checks enforced by the server.
- Customer records, PDF contracts generated from the booking, payment and deposit tracking.
- Fleet tracking: documents, insurance, technical inspection and road tax, with alerts before due dates.
- Multi-agency management, with roles and an activity log.
- The LocaFlotte Agent Android app: today's bookings, vehicle inspections with photos, customer signature.
- LocaWallet, a connected financial module: receipts, expenses, cash flow, revenue and costs per vehicle.
- An interface in four languages: Arabic, French, English and Spanish.

First client agency; LocaFlotte Agent Android app published on Google Play.

LocaWallet financial tracking module launched.
What we maintain every day
